Symptoms: No wireless connection or connection is super slow.
- Check all connections.
- Check your speeds on speedtest.com.
- Reboot Computer. Check speeds again. If the problem persists continue with step 4.
- Reboot Residential Gateway, wait ’til it’s connected again, then check speeds again. If the problem persists, continue with step 5.
- Change the wireless channel.
- If the problem STILL persists, call AT&T (800-288-2020) or contact the social media team.
